Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Ordn app or website (the "Service") operated by Ordn ("we," "our," or "us").
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ordn, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
Account Registration & Security
Guest Mode: You may use basic features of the Service without an account. You are responsible for backing up your local data when operating in Guest Mode.
Account Creation: To enable sync and Pro features, you must sign in via supported authentication methods (e.g., Google Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse engineer its code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or network infrastructure.
Subscriptions and Billing
Free Plan: Provides basic access to core features, offline guest mode, and standard sync capabilities subject to capacity limits.
Pro Plan: Charged on a recurring monthly basis ($6/month USD or as listed at checkout). Pro unlocks higher sync limits, extra custom views, and priority support.
Cancellations: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all tasks, notes, lists, and content you create within Ordn. We claim no intellectual property rights over your materials.
Our Property: The Ordn name, logo, visual design, code, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Ordn. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify them without explicit written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. You are advised to maintain backups of important task data.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ordn in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
